In the high stakes matter of Crane Banks resolution, we acted to solve its debt collection problem coming to the fore as its number one debt collection law firm stretching from before its take over by Bank of Uganda, during its statutory management, during its receivership right past its sale to DFCU Ltd.
We presently act for at least two other commercial banks in the areas of banking litigation, contracts, debt collection and perfection of securities.

We have also been at the forefront of groundbreaking litigation including the recent matter of Shakil Pathan versus DFCU Limited where the head of the High Court (Commercial Division) His Lordship Wangutusi agreed with us and held that DFCU Bank was liable for the debts of Crane Bank Limited including those flowing from breached employment relations on account of the hitherto secretive Assumption of Liabilities contract.
